LEASE AMENDMENT NO. 2
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND
INTERNATIONAL SISTER CITIES ASSOCIATION OF FORT WORTH, INC.
WHEREAS, International Sister Cities Association of Fort Worth, Inc., a non-profit
Texas Corporation("Lessee") entered into a Lease Agreement("Lease") (City Secretary Contract
No. 45334) effective as of January 30, 2014 with City of Fort Worth, a Texas home rule
municipal corporation ("Lessor") for leased premises located at 908 Monroe Street, Fort Worth,
Texas, more particularly described in the Lease ("Leased Premises); and
WHEREAS, the Lessee and Lessor amended the lease on November 14, 2017 to define
the Leased Premises, Common Area Space and Shared Space, (City Secretary Contract No.
45334-A1); and
WHEREAS, the Lessee and Lessor desire to amend the lease to further define and
correct the Leased Premises as defined in Exhibit A.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the rentals set forth in the Lease, the parties
agree to amend the lease as follows:
Exhibit A: Exhibit A of the lease is hereby deleted and replaced in its entirety with
Exhibit A "Fifth Floor Plan, Date: 23 January 2018 (revised room numbers)" attached
hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes.
All other terms and conditions of the Lease remain unchanged and in full force and
effect.
