During construction it was determined that the identified line segment was not contained within the dedicated easement. BOTC will allow for the main to be installed within the easement.The existing line segment will be grouted and abandoned once the replacement main is in service.Open cut installation is not feasible due to the location of the pipe segment on Huffines Boulevard.
