JUSTIFICATION WASONSYFOR CHANGE ORDER
Final calculation of contract amount.The General Contingency Allowance for the project was$277,500.00.There was a total of
$181,257.49 that was expended from the allowance.This resulted In a deduction in the contract amount of$96,242.51 due to
not using an of the General Contingency Allowance.There was a total of$169,080.00 added to the contract through Change
Order#1 that was approved through MSC C-28381.The final contract amount is$4,050,377.49.A 1.80%Increase from the
original contract amount of$3,9TT,500.00.The additional 50 days were added to the contract bough previously approved
General Contingency Allowance expenditures.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor consitutes an accord and satisfaction and
represents payment in fun both time and mons for all costs arising out of,or incindental to the above Change Order.
