TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT No. 48790
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("Sponsor" ) and Texas A&M AgriLife
Extension Service ("AgriLife" ) made and entered into City Secretary
Contract No. 48790, (the "Agreement" ) which was administratively
authorized on the 5th day of March, 2017 in the amount of $ 10, 000 . 00;
and
WHEREAS, the Agreement involves engineering services for the
following project :
Willow Creek Lake Sediment Load Analysis; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to the
Agreement to include a no-cost extension.
NOW THEREFORE, Sponsor and AgriLife, acting herein by and through
their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following
Amendment , which amends the Agreement .
1 .
Article 3 of the Agreement is amended to include extension of
project completion to September 301, 2019 The cost to Sponsor for the
additional design services to be performed by AgriLife totals $0.
Article 5 of the Agreement is amended as follows:
Payment Amount Payment Schedule
$7, 000 Upon completion of Task 3, May 31, 2019
$500 Upon completion of Task 4, August 31, 2019
$500 Upon completion of Task 5, September 30, 2019

99`9 All other provisions of the Agreement, which are not expressly
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect .
EXECUTED and EFFECTIVE as of the date last written by a signatory,
below.
