La S' I0 M '�, N 0 -12018 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT T CITY OF FORT WORTH C4TYVP9ftEA8, the City of Fort Worth (CITY) and Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. , (ENGINEER) made and entered into City Secretary Conti No.27615, (the CONTRACT) which was authorized by M&C C- 19022 on the 26stday of March, 2002 in the amount of $958,152.00; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT was subsequently revised by: Amendment No. 1 in the amount of $12,161.85 administratively authorized March 3, 2003, Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $23,411.00 administratively authorized July 17 , 2003, Amendment No. 3 in the amount of $17,982.31 administratively authorized September 30, 2003, Amendment No. 4 in the amount of $7 ,700 .00 administratively authorized January 26, 2004, Amendment No. 5 in the amount of $154,549.00 which was authorized by M&C C-20377 on November 2, 2004, Amendment No. 6 in the amount of $286,777 .00 which was authorized by M&C C-21106 on October 25, 2005, Amendment No. 7 in the amount of $75,019.00 which was authorized by M&C C- 21928 on January 9, 2007, Amendment No. 8 in the amount of $63,512.00 which was authorized by M&C C-24751 on March 01, 2011 and Amendment No. 9 in the amount of $400,155.00 which was authorized by M&C C-28210 on May 15, 2017 ; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACT involves engineering services for the following project: Wastewater Diversion from East of Eagle Mountain Lake Drainage Stream to Big Fossil Creek Drainage Basin and Low Pressure Sewer System to serve the South Shore of Lake Worth; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 10 to the CONTRACT to include an increased scope of work and revised fee. NOW THEREFORE, CITY and ENGINEER, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the CONTRACT: 1. Article I of the CONTRACT is amended to include the additional engineering services specified in a proposal dated May 10, 2018, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The cost to City for the additional design services to be performed by Engineer total $20,695.00 (Sewer) . 2. Article II of the CONTRACT is amendeg qyi r an increase in the fee to be paid to Engineo goRlwork and :ITT SECRETARY Page -1- M WORTNI TX services performed under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee paid by the City for all work and services shall be an amount of $2,020,114.16.
