The following is a brief description and cost for the additional services to be provided on this project: Boundary Survey for Lot 1R, Block 1, Monte Vista Acres $4,000 The City requested that TNP prepare a boundary survey for the referenced tract so that it could be purchased to provide right-of-way and a drainage easement for Golden Triangle Boulevard. Additional Right-of-Way Parcels $4,600 Two(2)additional right-of-way parcels were added after approval of the schematic. The first was for the realignment of Rancho Place. The second was for a property with duplicate ownership at the corner of Golden Triangle Boulevard and Katy Road. Traffic Signal Design for Two Intersections $18,500 The City of Fort Worth Traffic services had a warrant study performed for the Crawford Farms / Rancho Place. The study showed that a traffic signal was warranted. The City requested that TNP design the signal and include it in the Golden Triangle Boulevard widening project. Traffic signal design is also being provided for the future Park Vista intersection. Staking for Utility Relocations $5,500 Tri-County Electric has requested right-of-way staking in five locations along the project. The total length of staking is approximately 3500 linear feet.
