Change Order#1 to City Secretary Contract No. 48169 Contract with Enercon Services, Inc. The amounts are listed below for each individual
project:
Brennan Avenue Groundwater Remediation CIP project, line item 100492 - $ 146,375.00 (project management, remedial design, benchmark
testing,feasibility study,and groundwater monitoring and sampling)
This Change Order is required per Purchasing due in order to increase the specific line item associated with the Brennan Avenue groundwater
remediation project.
All work to be performed in accordance with the Proposal and Contract Specifications.
It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction
and represents in full both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.
