MEMORANDUM OF OIL AND GAS LEASE

§ KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT §
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the day o , 2018, a Paid Up
Oil and Gas Lease was made and entered into by and betwe n the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a
home rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas
76102, hereinafter called "(LESSOR)"; and TOTAL E&P USA Barnett, LLC, a Delaware
limited liability company, 301 Commerce Street, Suite 3700, Fort Worth, Texas 76102,
hereinafter called ("LESSEE"), where LESSOR hereby grants, leases and lets exclusively to
LESSEE for the purpose of exploring for, developing, producing and marketing oil and gas,
together with any liquid or gaseous substances produced in association therewith, from the
following described land situated in Tarrant County, Texas, to-wit:
SEE EXHIBIT "A"ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF
Subject to the other provisions therein contained, said lease provides for a primary term
of two (2) years, from the date thereof, and as long thereafter as oil or gas or other substances
covered therein are produced in paying quantities from the leased premises or from lands pooled
therewith, or this lease is otherwise maintained in effect pursuant to the provisions therein.
An Executed copy of said Oil and Gas Lease is in the possession of LES :

Tract 1: A parcel of land out of Lot 1, Block 2, of the M. E. Brown Subdivision to the City of Fort
Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the Plat Recorded in Volume 822, Page 259, of the Plat
Records of Tarrant County, Texas being more particularly described in that certain Deed from Mrs. Edith
Maureen Teall, a widow, to The City of Fort Worth, recorded in Volume 1398, Page 547, of the Deed
Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
Tract 2: A parcel of land out of the A. McLemore Survey, Abstract 1056, in Tarrant County, Texas,
being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed from T. P. Sprinkle and wife, Ellen L.
Sprinkle to The City of Fort Worth, recorded in Volume 1401, Page 534, of the Deed Records of Tarrant
County, Texas.
Tract 3: A parcel of land out of the A. McLemore Survey, Abstract 1056, Tarrant County, Texas, being
more particularly described in that certain Deed from Tarrant Investment Company to The City of Fort
Worth,recorded in Volume 1401, Page 261,of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
Tract 4: Lot 3, Block 1, of the M. E. Brown Subdivision out of the A. McLemore Survey, Abstract 1056,
Tarrant County, Texas, being more particularly described in that certain Deed from Mrs. Mabel Fletcher
and husband T. Joe Fletcher, Richard E. Evans, and D. Livingstone Evans to The City of Fort Worth
recorded in Volume 1401,Page 526, of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas.
Tract 5: A parcel of land out of Lot 6, Block 4 and Lot 12, Block 2, of the M. E. Brown Subdivision, out
of the A. McLemore Survey, Abstract 1056, Tarrant County, Texas, being more particularly described in
that certain Deed from J. W. Jones,husband of Etta B. Jones, deceased, Joseph B. Jones, Arthur B. Jones,
Fred P. Jones,Reginald V. Jones, Frank H. Jones,Fannie Lee Jones Carder joined by her husband,Arthur
