COUNTY OF TARRANT
WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth and JWCO LLC d/b/a JWCO Consultants (Architect) made and
entered into City Secretary Contract No. 32294(The Contract)which was authorized by the City Council
by M&C C-20904, the 16th day of August, 2005; and
WHEREAS, further amendment is necessary to reimburse the Architect for including three Additive
Alternates for consultation area, field offices and exterior fenced area as part of the design services
agreement; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives,enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:
1.
Article 1.1, SECTION I—SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, a paragraph is added to read as follows:
"Remove the services for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation fees for TAS/ADA
plan review and inspection fees cost of$1,900.00. These sere ces will not be provided by the
Architect. Increase the reimbursable expenses by$1,789.00 f� $4,000.00 to $5,789.00_ The
scope of services is described more fully in the JRH letter dated March 11, 2009, subject: City
Contract No. 32294, Amendment No. 3 which is attached hereto as Attachment"A" and made a
part of this Agreement."
"In Paragraph 1 of SECTION V in Amendment No. 2, correct the "total fee" from $76,870.00 to
$77,870.00."

Paragraph 1 of SECTION V-COMPENSATION TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The total compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect as described in
CHARACTER AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of
$75,970.00, hereinafter referred to as the "total fee," plus up to $5,789.00 in reimbursable
expenses.-
3.
All other provisions of this Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and
effect.

Amendment No. 3
Dear Bill:
As we have discussed via telephone and email, JWCO Consultants agrees to the
following items that are to be included in Amendment No. 3 to our contract with the City
of Fort Worth for architectural design services.
1. The fee of $1,900.00 for TDLR plan review and project inspection shall be
removed from the scope of our contract. These services will be handled directly
by the City of Fort Worth.
2. The reimbursable allowance shall be increased an additional $1,789.00 to cover
the cost of printing additional sets of construction drawings and project manuals
to be used during the construction phase of the project.
3. The total contract amount listed in Amendment No. 2 shall be corrected to
indicate a total fee of$77,870.00 instead of the amount of$76,870.00 stated in the
amendment.
