CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 46755
LICENSE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter
"City"), a home rule municipal corporation situated in portions of Tarrant, Denton and Wise
Counties, Texas, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas, and
Allan Barr, dba Allan Barr Sales (hereafter "User"), a sole proprietorship acting by and
through its duly authorized President.
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 46755 (the "Agreement"), which was executed on June 17, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement authorizes Use of the Official City Logo. The User may use
photographs of Ice Chests bearing the City's logo in advertising, promotional materials including
advertising on User's website, User's reseller's website, and in advertisements on Facebook, a
social media site. Any such use in advertising or promotions shall be accompanied by the phrase
"Officially licensed by the City of Fort Worth."
WHEREAS,the original term of the Agreement expired on June 17, 2016;
WHEREAS, the Agreement was renewed and extended for two additional one-year
terms, which expired on June 17, 2017 and June 17, 2018;
WHEREAS, the City and Allan Barr, dba Allan Barr Sales now wish to extend the term
of the Contract for continued services pursuant to the original Contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and User, acting herein by the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend the Contract:
1.
Section 2, Term. The term of the Agreement is hereby amended to extend the term to
expire June 17, 2019, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Agreement. Extension of
- , the term shall not require an additional Fee under the Agreement.
2.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall
remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
