Ungerboeck • Addendum
This Addendum shall attach to the Software License Agreement between Ungerboeck Systems
International, Inc. (USI)and City of Fort Worth/Public Events Department (CLIENT)dated
March 29. 2000 .
In the event of a conflict between the two documents,this addendum shall prevail. All other terms and
conditions apply.
The Ungerboeck Dashboards module consolidates real-time information from across any organization to
enable quick executive-level evaluation of business performance and strategies through KPIs,graphs,
and gauges.
Per Investment summary# 36581-1 dated 1/30117 ,
CLIENT agrees to license the Dashboards module for a one-timefee of$ 7.920 , with the first year
annual maintenance fee increasing by $1.697
This first maintenance amount will be prorated to Client's annual maintenance and support period
through 9/30/18.
CLIENT agrees that it has read this agreement, understands it, and agrees to be bound by it.
