MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
This MEMORANDUM OF LEASE (this "Memorandum") is made 2018, by
and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH, a Texas municipal corporation ("L nd ord") and BW
LANCASTER PARKING LLC,a Delaware limited liability company(hereinafter called"Tenant").
WITNESSETH:
Pursuant to that certain PARKING GARAGE LEASE (as amended from time to time, the
"Lease"), dated of even date with this Memorandum, executed by Landlord and Tenant, Landlord has
leased to Tenant certain premises described on Exhibit A attached to this Memorandum.
Reference is hereby made to the Lease for a complete statement of the rights and obligations of
the Landlord and Tenant, respectively, and this Memorandum is subject to all terms, conditions and
understandings set forth in the Lease, which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part
hereof. In the event of an inconsistency between this Memorandum and the Lease, the Lease shall be
controlling. This Memorandum may be executed in a number of identical counterparts, which when
taken together,shall be construed collectively as one Memorandum.
