Dr. Morton, The above-referenced contract will expire on September 30, 2018. The contract includes options to renew for two (2) additional 12-month terms. This first renewal term will commence October 1, 2018 and expire on September 18, 2019. Tarrant County Public Health hereby requests written confirmation, as required under the Terms of the Interlocal Agreement, from the City of Fort Worth to extend the Agreement through the first renewal option of one (1) additional year period.
