JUSTIFICATION
Change Order No. 2 will provide for the following:
• The installation of a 370 foot segment of the project sewer main by open cut method instead of by
other than open cut method due to actual field conditions that were encountered during construction.
• Additional pay item quantity of 21-inch sewer pipe to rer to the sewer main to avoid conflict
with recently intalled AT&T phone line.
