FOURTH RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 46314,
A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
BALLET FOLKLORICO DE FORT WORTH,INC. AND THE CITY OF FORT
WORTH
THIS FOURTH RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 46314
("Fourth Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, Texas,a home-rule
municipal corporation of the State of Texas ("City"), acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant
City Manager, and BALLET FOLKLORICO DE FORT WORTH, INC. ("Licensee"), a domestic
nonprofit corporation,acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS,the City owns and operates R.D.Evans Community Center,which is located at 3242
Lackland Road,Fort Worth,Texas 76116("Center");
WHEREAS,the City and Licensee entered into a license agreement to permit the Licensee the use
of the Center to provide dance lessons and practice to people of all ages in support of Licensee's mission,
the same being City Secretary Contract("CSC")Number 46314;
WHEREAS, the primary term of the License was for a period of one year and included five
successive one-year renewal terms;
WHEREAS,the parties exercised the first,one-year renewal term,along with several amendments,
which expired on September 30, 2016, the same being CSC Number 46314-A1, the second, one-year
renewal term,which expired on September 30,2017,the same being CSC Number 46314-A2,and the third,
one-year renewal term, which expires on September 30, 2018, the same being CSC Number 46314-R3
(CSC Numbers 46314,46314-A 1,46314-A2,and 46314-R3 are collectively referred to as the"License");
WHEREAS, the parties desire to continue this relationship by exercising the fourth, one-year
renewal option,which will begin on October 1,2018 and expire on September 30,2019;
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Licensee agree to extend and renew the License as follows:
I.
The City and Licensee hereby agree to renew and extend the License for one year, effective
beginning on October 1,2018 and ending on September 30, 2019("Fourth Renewal Term").
H.
All terms in this Fourth Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the meanings
assigned to them in the License.
III.
All terms and conditions of the License that are not expressly amended or referenced pursuant to
this Fourth Renewal shall remain in full force and effect during the Fourth Renewal Term unless specifically
amended in writing.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Renewal in multiples in
