The above referenced Contract is for maintenance for ASG DocumentDirect and ViewDirect licenses.
Pursuant to the Contract,renewals are at the mutual agreement of the parties. This letter is to inform you that
the City requests renewal of CSC No.46733 for an additional period for maintenance for various ASG
DocumentDirect and ViewDirect licenses under Quote A100073783 and Quote 16421, beginning November
21, 2018 and ending on November 20, 2019. All other terms and conditions of CSC 46733 remain
unchanged. Please return your signed agreement letter,along with a copy of your current insurance
ce rtificate,to the addre ss set forth be low.
