FIRST AMENDMENT TO
FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 47163
This Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a municipal corporation,
acting herein by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and
Parkmobile, LLC ("Consultant" or "Contractor" or "Parkmobile"), acting herein through Alison
Ehrlich, its duly authorized SVP Administration.
WHEREAS, City and Parkmobile entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 47163 for a period of one year beginning October 14, 2015;
WHEREAS, the Agreement was renewed for two additional one-year renewals, October
14, 2016, through October 13, 2017, and October 14, 2017 through October 13, 2018;
WHEREAS, City and Parkmobile desire to extend the term of the Agreement for one
additional year to allow City to competitively procure additional extensions beyond this
Amendment;
WHEREAS, City and Parkmobile anticipates Parkmobile's revenue under this Renewal
Term will not exceed$50,000.00; and
WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both City and Parkmobile to amend the
Agreement to extend the Agreement through October 13, 2019;
NOW THEREFORE, KNOWN ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 47163 is hereby amended to be effective on October 13,
2018,by:
1. Adding Section 2.3 to read as follows:
"City and Contractor agree that upon the expiration of the two Renewal Terms
outlined in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, the Agreement is hereby renewed for
one additional one-year period beginning on October 14, 2018, and expiring on
October 13, 2019 (also known as "Renewal Term"), on the same terms and
conditions contained in the Agreement."

Contractor acknowledges that in accordance with Chapter 2270 of the Texas
Government Code, the City is prohibited from entering into a contract with a
company for goods or services unless the contr ct contains verification

from the company that it: (1)does not boycott Israel; and(2)will not boycott Israel
during the term of the contract. The terms "boycott Israel" and "company" shall
have the meanings ascribed to those terms in Section 808.001 of the Texas
Government Code. By signing this Agreement, Contractor certifies that
Contractor's signature provides written verification to the City that Contractor.
(1) does not boycott Israel, and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the
Agreement."
All other terms, provisions, conditions, covenants and recitals of said Agreement not expressly
amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
