WORTH, TX Professional Services Agreement with Orange Compass, LLC Exhibit A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED (Productivity through Communication and Client Engagement Agreement Attachment) "771 COMPASS Productivity through Communication Every business knows that time is money. Workers need to be able to use their time efficiently and effectively to produce the best results. Often, communication is the bottleneck that slows down processes. An inability to communicate effectively with each other can result in not only lost time, sales, and productivity, but also can result in misunderstandings and a negative workplace culture. By focusing on communication strategies first, workers can navigate their processes with ease and focus on the tasks that need to be accomplished. Through practical time management tips and productivity tools, students can learn how to accomplish more in less time. The combination of communication and productivity is essential for workplace success. During this 2 -hour workshop, participants will: 1. Identify personal communication style. 2. Understand the communication styles of others. 3. Explain how communication styles can be an obstacle to productivity. 4. Identify personal time wasters. 5. Explore productivity tools and "hacks" that allow us to be efficient with things and effective with people. 6. Discuss how boundaries and expectations impact the work. This workshop will be designed around the 20/20 training principle. This means that for every 20 minutes of lecture/content, there will then be an activity or discussion for 20 minutes. This allows for role-plays, discussions, activities, and team -building to occur during the training. We know that people are more open to learning when they are having fun, so by engaging participants actively with the content, the topics and strategies become more solidified. The cost for this 2 -hour training is $1,500. stevie orangecompass.com 817-539-9404 www.orangecompass.com
