This letter serves as an amendment to the Developer contract with City of Fort Worth ("Licensee")which
began September 1, 2018. For an additional fee of$6,500.00, Emsi hereby upgrades Licensee's existing
Developer subscription to include access to Emsi's Job Posting Analytics JPA and Workforce Insight. The
upgraded access will begin September 1, 2018 and end August 31,2019.
The additional fee will be invoiced upon signature of this amendment and due within 30 days.
All other terms of the original agreement will remain in effect.
