FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.50108
This First Amendment(the"First Amendment')is entered into by and between the City
of Fort Worth (hereafter"City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized under the laws of
the State of Texas,with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth,Texas by
and through Jesus J. Chapa, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and LexisNexis Risk
Solutions FL Inc. (hereinafter"Consultant").
WHEREAS,City and Consultant entered into a contract for Equipment,Maintenance and
Software Services identified as Fort Worth City Contract No. 50108 (the "Agreement") for a
period of ten(10)months beginning November 1, 2017 with up to three one-year periods through
GSA contract number GSA-35F-0416W; s
WHEREAS, City desires to purchase additional software to provide annual maintenance
for services provided under the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by the through their duly
authorized representatives,hereby amend the Agreement as follows:
1. The Agreement is hereby amended by adding Schedule A, attached to this Fust
Amendment,as Exhibit A of the Agreement.
2. All other teims,provisions,conditions,covenants and recitals of the Agreement not
expressly amended herein shall remain in frill force and effect.

SCHEDULE A AMENDMENT
Accurint Crime Analysis via Accurint for Law Enforcement
ATAC Workstation

This Schedule A Amendment sets forth additional or amended terms and conditions for the use of the Accurint
Crime Analysis and ATAC Workstation services ("LN Services'), as set forth in the Schedule A for Accurint
Crime Analysis and ATAC Worksation between Customer and LN with an effective date of November 1, 2017
("Schedule A"),to which this Schedule A Amendment is incorporated by reference. The LN Services herein shall
be provided by LexlsNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. ("LN").
1. ACCURINT CRIME ANALYSIS FEES AMENDMENT
Effective October 1,2018,the following is added as a new Section 2.2 of the Schedule A:
"2.2 Database Interface Fee: Customer shall pay to LN$8,400.00 per Year("Database Interface Fee")
for each additional interface requested by Customer, which shall be invoiced in 12 equal monthly
installments of$700.00 per month."
2. GENERAL
Capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the
Schedule A. This Schedule A Amendment modifies and amends only those specific terms of the Schedule A
expressly referenced herein.All other terms of the Schedule A are hereby restated and shall remain in full force
and effect,and shall constitute the legal valid,binding and enforceable obligations of the parties.
3. EXPIRATION
Unless otherwise accepted by LN, the terms herein are valid if the Schedule A Amendment is signed by the
Customer and received by LN on or before October 25,2018.
4. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
This Schedule A Amendment contains the confidential pricing information of LN. Customer acknowledges that
the disclosure of such pricing information could cause competitive harm to LN,and as such,Customer agrees to
maintain this Schedule A Amendment in trust and confidence and take reasonable precautions against
disclosure to any third party to the extent permitted by local and state law.
