W�REAS, the City of Fort Worth ("Fort Worth") and the City of Benbrook ("Benbrook") entered into a Interlocal A�eement for Fire Services on October 12, 2006 (Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 34110) ("Ab aement") pursuant to Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, for mutual and automatic aid between Fort Worth and Benbrook within designated areas; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the automatic aid locations under the Agreement; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: This amendment to the Agreement ("Amendment") is entered into by and between Benbrook, a home rule municipal corporation, acting through ��; s.� �<=�� r: �� , its duly authorized �ho� ,., ,.,� , and Fort Worth, a home rule municipal corporation, acting through Rud�n, its duly authorized Acting Assistant City Manager_ WITNESSETH: 1_ ATTAC�NT A. For purposes of this Agreement, automatic aid in the amount of resources described will be dispatched by one city into the other city's jurisdictional limits or ETJ, if the incident is reported in any of the geo�aphical areas listed below. A_ Benbrook: Upon notification by Fort Worth of a struciure fire or emergency medical incident, the Benbrook Fire Department will, if available, dispatch one fire company comprised of a minimum of three paid firefighters to any of the areas in Fort Worth listed below: • Skyline Ranch, generally in the area of Mapsco quadrants: • 85R,V,Y,Z - 86K,L,M,N,P,Q,R,S,T,W,X • 99C,D,G,H,M - 100A,B,E,J MUTUAL AID RESPONSE (non-automatic) A.
