space at the Tri-Ethnic Community Center expires on 8/31/2018.Per your agreement,you
have 9 more successive one year renewal periods available.

9/1/2018 to 8/31/2019,please have this notice signed by the appropriate party and

contract number in the Office of the City Secretary of Fort Worth. A fully executed copy will i
