RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 32955
LICENSE AGREEMENT
WITH
FORT WORTH NATURE CENTER AND REFUGE CONSERVANCY, INC.
STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF TARRANT
WHEREAS, on 20 December 2005, the City of Fort Worth, by and through its
Assistant City Manager, entered in to an agreement with the Fort Worth Nature Center
and Refuge Conservancy, Inc., the same being City Secretary Contract Number 32955;
and
WHEREAS, said Agreement provided that the City of Fort Worth would operate
and maintain the access gate at the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge Conservancy,
Inc. for the primary purpose of collecting entry fees; and
WHEREAS, the primary Agreement term was from December 1, 2005 through
November 30, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the primary Agreement may be renewed for fotu-teen (14) additional
one (1) year terms by the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge Conservancy, Inc. upon
notice of its intent to exercise such option to renew at least sixty (60) days before the
expiration of the initial term; and
WHEREAS, the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge Conservancy, Inc. has
given the required notice of its desire to renew and extend said Agreement for an
additional one (1) year term under the same terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, City and the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge
Conservancy, Inc., agree to renew and extend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section 3, "TERM ", is hereby amended to read as follows:
The renewal term of this Agreement shall be for a term of one (1) year,
beginning on the lst day of December 2006 and terminating on the 30th day of
November, 2007.

2. All other terms and provisions of the original Agreement between the City and
the Fort Worth Nature Center and Refuge Conservancy, Inc. shall remain in
full force and effect except as specifically amended herein.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed�greement in
mu tiples in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, this day of
