This Amendment to Oil and Gas lease is executed by the City of Fort Worth and
Keystone Exploration, Ltd for the purposes and considerations hereinafter set forth.
Recitals
Reference is made to the following:
A. The City of Fort Worth, as lessor, executed and delivered an oil and gas
lease (the "Lease") dated November 16, 2005, to Keystone Exploration, Ltd, as lessee,
and such oil and gas lease was filed for record as Document Number 205360095, Real
Property Records, Tarrant County, Texas.
B. Exhibit "A" of the Lease describes the land covered by the Lease. Exhibit
"A" refers to Tract 3 as containing 103.97 acres described in a deed recorded in volume
966, page 225, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, but this deed actually covers only
40 acres of land. Exhibit "A" of the Lease refers to Tract 4 as containing 2 acres
described in a deed recorded in volume 966, page 226, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas, but this deed actually covers 66.57 acres of land.
C. The parties hereto wish to amend Exhibit "A" to the Lease to properly
describe the land covered by the Lease
NOW THEREFORE, for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt and
sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that Exhibit "A" to the Lease
is amended to read as follows:

140.9849 acres of land, more or less, out of the James S. Ward Survey, Abstract 1596, the
A. Vogt Survey, Abstract 1587, the Philip Nichols Survey, Abstract 1175, the Thomas
Hicks Survey, Abstract 1820, the John Ringer Survey, Abstract 1939, the Richard
Vickery Survey, Abstract 1591, the Joseph Kirby Survey, Abstract 907, and the William
Y. Allen Survey, Abstract 15, and being more particularly described as follows:
Tract 1: 34.3 acres of land, more or less out of the A Vogt Survey, Abstract 1587
and the James S. Ward Survey, Abstract 1596, and being more particularly described in
that certain Warranty Deed dated April 4, 1927 from Sam Rosen to the City of Fort
Worth, recorded in volume 968, page 320, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas
Tract 2: 0.1149 acres of land more or less out of the Philip Nichols Survey,
Abstract 1175, the Thomas Hicks Survey Abstract 1820, and the John Ringer Survey,
Abstract 1939, and being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed dated
December 28, 1943, from Annie L. White et al to the City of Fort Worth, recorded in
volume 1615, page 292, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas

Tract 3: 40 acres of land, more or less, out of the Richard Vickery Survey, Abstract
1591, and being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed dated April
30, 1927, from M. Sansom, Jr., and wife Zilla Sansom to the City of Fort Worth,
recorded in volume 966, page 225, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas
Tract 4: 66.57 acres of land, more or less, out of the Joseph Kirby Survey Abstract
907, the Richard Vickery Survey, Abstract 1591, and the William Y. Allen Survey,
Abstract 15, and being more particularly described in that certain Warranty Deed dated
April 30, 1927, from M. Sansom, Jr., and wife Zilla Sansom to the City of Fort Worth,
recorded in volume 966, page 226, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas"
EXECUTED on the dates shown below, but effective for all purposes as of November
16, 2005.
