Authorize the Water Department to provide water service at 1.25 times the retail rate to Ms. Barbara Duncan to serve her personal residence located at 2250 Texan Drive, located in Denton County, outside of the Fort Worth City limits; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for such services. DISCUSSION: Ms. Barbara Duncan has submitted a request to receive water service from the City of Fort Worth for her personal residence located at 2250 Texan Drive. The legal description of the property is Tract 1 out of W. Sample Survey, Abstract 1207, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Denton County (see attached map). This property is located inside the Fort Worth Certificate of Convenience and Necessity (CCN). Ms. Barbara Duncan has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers inside the City of Fort Worth until such time as the property may be annexed. This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Finance Director certifies that the Water Department will be responsible for collection of funds due to the City as a result of this agreement.
