FIRST EXTENSION TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO 33666
THIS FIRST EXTENSION to City Secretary Contract No. 33666 (hereinafter "Extension") is
entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home-rule municipality in the State of
Texas, acting through Libby Watson, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and EnviroClean
Management Services, Inc., doing business in Texas, acting herein by and through
��,,¢,-, ,,,/ �Q,Q�S�'� , its duly authorized President/Vice President, hereinafter called "Contractor".
WI�REAS, the City and Contractor entered into that certain agreement identified as City Secretary
Contract No. 33666 (also the "Contract") commencing on June 27, 2006 and ending June 26, 2007
renewable on an annual basis for the collection and disposal of USDA Regulated Garbage at the City
of Fort Worth Meacham International Airport; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor wish to exercise the first extension option;
WHEREAS, the parties agree that all other conditions, terms and pricing shall remain the same as
stated in City Secretary Contract No. 33666.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, and other
good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and
confessed, the parties hereto agree as follows:
The Contract with EnvironClean Management Services, Inc., for the Collection and Disposal of
USDA Regulated Garbage at the Ciiy of Fort Worth Meacham International Airport known as City
Secretary Contract No 33666 shall be extended pursuant to Section 4"Term" for its first one (1) year
extension begirming June 27, 2007 through June 26, 2008.
