("Laboratory") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. �->�' �� (the "AgreemenY') authorized by City Council via M&C C-21196 on December 13, 2005; and WHEREAS, the Agreement involves geotechnical and material testing services; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said Agreement to correct a typographical/formatting error shown on Attachment "B" to the Agreement. NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement that amends the Contract: 1. In order to rectify a typographical/formatting error, Attachment "B" of the Agreement is replaced with Attachment "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement which are not express�y amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
