STIFICATION (REASONS)FOR ALLOWANC -
Allowance No. 2 will reimburse the contractor for having to demobilize and remobilize of the project site
until a permanent easement was acquired for a large tract property located close to the end of the project.
Staff had anticipated that the easement would be acquired shortly after bids were received on the project,
however, it took over a year to secure the easement.
