RE: Notice to Terminate-City Secretary Contract No.50046
Dear Dr.Del Carmen:
Please be advised that the City of Fort Worth is terminating City Secretary Contract No.50046,in its
entirety,effective 30 days from the date of this letter.
According to Section 4.I,TERMINATION,on page 2 of 13 of City of Secretary Contract No.50046 "City
or Vendor may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason by providing the other party with
30 days'written notice of termination."
A copy of the relevant agreement,cited above and to which to Del Carmen Consulting,LLC agreed to,is
attached for your reference.
The City of Fort Worth would like to thank you for your services and your interest in doing business with
the City.We look forward to Del Carmen Consulting's participation in future opportunities with the City.
Please acknowledge receipt of this notice to terminate by signing below and returning a copy to Tiffany
