SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF FORT WORTH

COUNTY OF TARRANT §
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (City) and Alpha Building Corporation
(Contractor) made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 35188 (the Contract) on
the 11 th day of April, 2437; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said Contract
to revise the Standard Hour Coefficient from 1.04 to 0.95 and the Non-Standard Hour
Coefficient from 1.16 to 1.05 in Exhibit C in the executed Contract;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Contractor, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the
Contract:

Exhibit C of the Contract is amended to revise the Standard Hour Coefficient and
the Non-Standard Coefficient Hour as specified in the letter from the Contractor dated
August 19, 2011, Subject: Job Order Contract#TPW 2007-01, attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Attachment "A".
2.
All other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly amended herein, shall
remain in full force and effect.

through the current Job Order Contract.

As our offices have grown in the Fort Worth area we have also been able to gain a following of
loyal qualified contractors and as such, are able to attain competitive pricing for our projects and
have completed a sizable number of successful projects over the last five years.
Given the efficiencies of our current capabilities and the success we have had in Fort Worth,we
have given consideration to ourJOC contract with The City of Fort Worth and would like to offer
an adjustment to our contract's coefficient.
Upon your acceptance,the current Standard Hour Coefficient of 1.04 will be changed to .95 and
the Non-Standard Hour Coefficient o€1.16 will be changed to 1.06.
