AMENDMENT NO.1 TO CSC No.51080
Interlocal Agreement
between
NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS and
CITY OF FORT WORTH
This Amendment is to the Interlocal Agreement between the North Central Texas Council of
Governments (NCTCOG) and City of Fort Worth, Texas, concerning the Styrofoam Densifier solid waste
implementation project,dated August 9,2018.
For and in consideration of the mutual promises,covenants and considerations expressed herein,the
parties mutually agree as follows:
I. The deadline for billing NCTCOG for incurred and paid expenses in Section 6.REIMBURSEMENTS
AND PAYMENTS of the Agreement, is hereby amended to read:
All costs must be incurred and paid by SUBRECIPIENT and billed to NCTCOG by May 30, 2019 in
order to be eligible for reimbursement. NCTCOG is not liable for any costs paid by SUBRECIPIENT in
the performance of this Agreement that have not been billed to NCTCOG by May 30, 2019.
All other terms and provisions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, NCTCOG and City of Fort Worth have executed this Amendment as of the date
shown below.
