A formal RFI was submitted by JLB on 12/20/2018,with a ias .e delivered back on 1/9/2019.The response contained a schematic for existing conditions resulting from additional potholing the city conducled in the month of December 2018 as well as an estimation of concrete needing to be removed.The contract time extension reflects the time between the problem was first encountered in November of 2018 through the meeting held on 12120/2018. (3)4 additional trees were taken out per the direction of the city. Deletions:It was deemed by the project team that the existing sewer called to be replaced per plans is fairly new and in good condition.The scope of work was removed. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.
