TERMINATION OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 51106
A VENDOR SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR EXECUTIVE SEARCH SERVICES
THIS TERMINATION OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 51106
("Termination") is made; and entered into by and between THE CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a
home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City Manager, and GOVHR USA, L.L.0 ('"Vendor"), an Illinois limited liability company
authorized to do business in Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor entered into a vendor services agreement for executive search
services, City Secretary Contract Number 51106 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, Vendor has satisfactorily performed in accordance with the tertns of the
Agreement and City has compensated Vendor fully for Vendor's performance;
WHEREAS, the City and Vendor desire to terminate the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City and vendor agree as follows:
I.
The Agreement is hereby tenninated upon the execution of this Termination by City and
Vendor.
