TERMINATION OF CITY SCRETARY CONTRACT NO. 50626
A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND NANCY BUNTON
FOR GOLF INSTRUCTION
This TERMINATION OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 50626
("Termination"), is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home-rule municipal
corporation of the State of Texas("City"),acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager,
and Nancy Bunton, an individual ("Licensee").
WHEREAS, effective March 19, 2018, the City and Licensee entered into a license agreement to
allow Licensee to use a portion of the Rockwood Golf Course to teach golf lessons,City Secretary Contract
No. 50626("Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Licensee has agreed to serve as Interim Assistant Director of the Golf and Athletics
Division of the Park& Recreation Department; and
WHEREAS, such service by Licensee will prohibit Licensee from licensing space at the
Rockwood Golf Course from the City pursuant to a contractual agreement;
WHEREAS,due to such prohibitions, City and Licensee desire to terminate the Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein expressed,the City and
FWBS agree to terminate the Agreement as follows:
I.
City and Licensee mutually agree that the Agreement is hereby terminated.
II.
All terms of this Termination that are capitalized but not defined shall have the meanings assigned
to them in the License Agreement.
