We (Coburn's Catering Service, Inc.) would like to take this opportunity to provide notice of our
desire to renew the primary term of the original Agreement(Contract 42830) and to exercise our
one (1) year contract extension for Contract 42830 for the year January 12,2020 through January
12,2021.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide food and beverage services at Will Rogers Memorial
Center, and we look forward to continuing to provide positive outcomes to the City, WRMC, and
the many guests who enjoy events here.

AN AGREEMENT WITH COBURN'S CATERING SERVICES,INC. �kh C11"
This 14&d Renewal of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 42830 ("T ird Renewal")
is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home-rule municipal corporation of the
State of Texas,acting by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager,and Coburn
Catering Service,Inc., acting by and through Jerrell Coburn its duly authorized Owner.
WHEREAS, on February 2, 2012, the City entered into an agreement with the Operator to be the
exclusive provider for exclusive concessions and alcoholic beverage service for exhibitors and facility users
at the Will Rogers Memorial Center, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract ("CSC")Number
42830;
WHEREAS,CSC 42830 included a primary term of five(5)years, with five(5)additional one-year
renewal terms;
WHEREAS, the parties exercised the first renewal option to extend CSC 42830 through January
12,2018,the same being CSC Number 42830-R1;
WHEREAS, the parties exercised the second, one-year renewal option to extend CSC 42830
through January 12, 2019, the same being CSC 42830-R2 (CSC Nos. 42830, 42830-R1, and 42830-R2 are
collectively referred to herein as the"Agreement");

WHEREAS, the parties desire to continue their relationship by exercising the , one-year
renewal option, effective beginning on January 13, 2020 and expiring on January 12,2021; and
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration for the covenants and agreement hereafter set forth, the
parties hereto agree as follows:
I.
The City and Operator hereby agree to renew and extend the Agreement for one additional year,
effective beginning on January 13, 2020 and expiring on January 12,2021.
H.
All terms and conditions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended or revised pursuant to
this Tlm'P Renewal shall remain in full force and effect.
III.
All terms in this Renewal that are capitalized but not defined shall have the meanings assigned

them in the Agreement.
EXECUTED in Fort Worth, Tarrant County,Texas to be effective as of the date set forth in Section
I of this Third Renewal.
