The above referenced Contract will expire on June 1,2019. Pursuant to the Contract,contract renewals are at the sole option
of the City. This letter is to inform you that the City is exercising its right to renew CSC No.50758 for an additional one
year period,which will begin immediately upon the expiration of the current term and will end on June 1,2020. All other
terms and conditions of CSC No. 50758 remain unchanged. Please return this signed acknowledgement letter, along
with a copy of your current insurance certificate,to the address set forth below,acknowledging receipt of the Notice
of Contract Renewal.

Yes, what is marked as renewal was supposed to be R1, and this one is R2. I noticed that too when I double checked it
and confirmed that the contract had the authority for this renewal.

Okay that makes sense. I do have another question after looking into the renewal numbers. We only have Renewal No. 2
on file for CSC No. 50758, we don't have renewal no. 1. I don't know if there was ever one or if No. 2 was supposed to
be No. 1 (the document states it is No. 2)
