FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 51820
AN ENHANCED COMMUNITY FACILITIES AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND AMERICAN AIRLINES, INC.
This FIRST AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 51820
("First Amendment") is made and entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"),
a home-rule municipal corporation of the state of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized
Assistant City°Manager, and American Airlines, Inc. ("Developer"), acting by and through its
duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, City and Developer entered into an Enhanced Community Facilities
Agreement,City Secretary Contract No. 51820("ECFA"),by which the Developer is constructing
certain public infrastructure improvements, the Trinity Boulevard/American Boulevard
Infrastructure,City Project Number 10 13 14; and
WHEREAS, Developer and City desire to amend the ECFA to expand the scope of the
ECFA to include the construction of additional public infrastructure improvements in the form of
paving, storm drainage, signs, and traffic signals in the vicinity of American Blvd. and its
intersection with Transformation Way, City Project Number 101828;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Developer enter into the following agreement, which
amends City Secretary Contract No. 51820 as follows:
