Authorize the Water Department to provide sewer service at 1.25 times the retail rate to Mr. Steve McLaurin to serve his personal residence located at 6985 Horseshoe Trail South, located in Tarrant County, outside of the Fort Worth City limits; and 2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for such services. DISCUSSION: Mr. Steve McLaurin has submitted a request to receive sewer service from the City of Fort Worth for his personal residence located at 6985 Horseshoe Trail South. The legal description of the property is Lot 31 of El Rancho Estates, located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Tarrant County (see attached map). Mr. Steve McLaurin has agreed to pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers inside the City of Fort Worth until such time as the property may be annexed. This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 3. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Finance Director certifies that the Water Department will be responsible for collection of funds due to the City as a result of this agreement.
