HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 35589-A3STATE OF TEXAS § COUNTY OF TEXAS § CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO, 35M I:- N3 WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Schrickel, Rollins and Associates, Inc. ("Consultant") made and entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 35589, ("Contract"); and WHEREAS, the Contract involves professional services for the following project: Trail Drivers Park Neighborhood Trail Linkage to the Trinity River Trail System; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Contract to increase the scope of work and revise maximum fee. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Consultant, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the contract: 1. Article I, Section A of the Contract is amended to include the engineering services specifieI in a letter dated April 26, 2010, copy of letter is attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. Article II of the Contract is amended to provide for a increase in the maximum fee in the amount of $11,960.00, which will be paid to Consultant under the Contract, as amended, so that the total fee to be paid by City for all work and services shall not exceed the sum of $152,620.00. 3. All other provisions of the Contract that are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. Rollins, PE of counsel Proposal for Additional Services and Compensation, Revised Gene Schrickel c1927-2005> Dear Scott: As, promised, here is our proposal for additional compensation for the following additional services in connection with this project: Environmental Assessment • Additions to the scope of work for the environmental assessment as follows: • Revision in trail alignment. • Passage of time since original work was done, necessitating updating of previously obtained material. • Conversion of draft to the recently implemented TOOT Standard of Uniformity. • QA/QC by Senior Staff. • CAD and Layout revisions to deliverables. • Compensation includes management time of the prime consultant.
