These changes are as listed below. Further descriptions and Cost Breakdowns are attached. As part of the work under the Alta Mesa Pump Station Improvements, the Contractor is to replace Pump #2 at the Russom Ranch Pump Station. While installing the new pump, the electrical subcontractor noticed that the existing electrical feeder to pump #2 did not meet the current electrical code requirements. The work included in this change order is the labor to remove the existing feeder and the labor and materials required to replace the feeder by installing new conduit and cable from the electrical switchgear to the pump #2 motor, complete with all grounding, fittings, terminations, and testing. Staff has reviewed this change order and is in agreement with the scope of work and the costs associated with the work. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full (both in time and money) for all costs arising out of, or incidental to, the Change Order.
