R E C I T A L S:
Railway Company and -'-ity are now parties 'co an agreemenc. dated April 26,
15�48, *Railway Company's Secretary's Contract Nu. Cr.: 28731, tugeLher with any
and aii nuidificationsi, supplements and amendments tne-reto, being hereinafter
referrer.-A' to as "Original Contrac-104, under which City pays Railway Company a
coiiiperisatio" of $600.UU per year for the use of purLions of Railway Company
property at Foot Wu tho Tarrant County, Texas, for pipe lines for carrying water.
The parties desire to modify the Original. Lontract as -ierelnafter
provided.

it is mutually agreed that effective Apiii 28, 1965, the compensation
section of the Original Contract is hereby changed to read as follows: .
"City shall pay to Railway Company on or oeforu the first. day of each
peri.od of one year during the continuance of this license as
compensation for t4,-)a use of the premises for such period Lhe sum OF one
Thousand Une Hundred Sixty and i,4o/lOU Dollars ($I,i6U.OU). Railway
Comparty may revise the amount of such annual compensation aFter the. end
of each 0ree (3) year period during which this license may remain in
effect, and without affact4ing the rig'It of either party heretu to
terminate this license at any time as may ue provided elsewhere nerein."
That the Original '11"untract, as 0areiriabove aiiianded, shall remain in full
force and effect 6u.ring the remainder of the term tinereaf.
