FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO 34179
THIS FIRST EXTENSION to City Secretary Contract No. 34179 (hereinafter "Extension") is
entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth("City"),a home-rule municipality in the State of
Texas, acting through Libby Watson, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Enercon
Services, Inc., a corporation registered in Texas, acting through John R. Corn , its duly
authorized T1' ctTice President, hereinafter called"Contractor".
WHEREAS,the City and Contractor entered into that certain agreement identified as City Secretary
Contract No. 34179(allso the"Contract")commencing on October 24,2006 and ending October 23,
2007 with two consecutive one year renewal terms for environmental engineering consultant
services; and
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor wish to exercise the first extension option;
WHEREAS,the parties agree that all other conditions,terms and pricing shall remain the same as
stated in City Secretary Contract No. 34179.
NOW,THEREFORE,for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein,and other
good and valuable consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged and
confessed, the parties hereto agree as follows:
The Contract with Enercon Services, Inc., for the environmental engineering consultant services
known as City Secret y Contract No 34179 shall be extended pursuant to Article 4 "Term of
Contract: Time to Start and Complete Task Orders" for its first one (1) year renewal beginning
October 24, 2007 and ending October 23, 2008.
