ADVANCE FUNDING AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT#2
THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between the State of Texas, acting through the Texas
Department of Transportation, called the State, and the City of Fort Worth, acting by and through its
duly authorized officials, called the Local Government.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, the State and the Local Government executed a contract on the 5th of October 2007 and
Amendment#1 on the 11th of October 2011 to effectuate their agreement to the relocation of FM 156
from Main Street in the City of Haslet to 0.3 miles South of SH 114; and
WHEREAS, the total Federal funds allocated in the Federal Participation Authorization and
Agreement (FPAA), and the Modified Project Agreement (MPA)—which added an additional
$22,588.01 on March 18, 2011 - must be shown in the budget prior to project closeout; and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend that contract;
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the mutual covenants and agreements
of the parties, the State and the Local Government do agree as follows:
AGREEMENT
1. Description of Amended Items
Attachment C-1, Budget Estimate and Source of Funds, of the original contract is deleted in its
entirety, and replaced with Attachment C-2, Budget Estimate and Source of Funds, which is
attached to and made a part of this agreement.
All other provisions of the original contract are unchanged a and effect.
