AMENDMENT NO. 1
STATE OF TEXAS & CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO.
COUNTY OF TARRANT &
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Worth (City) and TCB INC. (ENGINEER) made
and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 35467, (the CONTRACT) which was
signed and executed by the City of Fort Worth on the 29th day of June, 2007; and
WHEREAS, the Contract involves engineering services for the following project:
Preparation of Synchro Analyses for Camp Bowie/Camp Bowie West.
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said
Contract to include an increased scope of work and revised maximum fee;
NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly
authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the
Contract:
1.
Article I, referencing Attachment A, Scope of Services, is amended to include
additional engineering services for the incorporation of geometric modifications to the
proposed layouts and for project representation, as needed.
2.
Article II of the Contract is amended to provide for an increase in the maximum
fee to be paid to Engineer for all work and services performed under the Contract, as
amended, not to exceed $12,120.00. The additional services described in Article 1 above
will be billed monthly to the CITY on a time and materials basis (using a 3.0 multiplier.)
3.
All other provisions of the Contract, which are not expressly amended herein,
shall remain in full force and effect.
