the new guardrail installed in Meadowbrook based on the agreement between the City and the property owner.

represents payrrvM In full for all costs arising out of,or Incidental to,the above Construction Allowance Request.Contract Time will be adjusted on
fhe basis of the time shown on this Construction Allowance Request by a later Change Order,9 necessary.
