AGREEMENT FOR TOW TRUCK SERVICES
(STANDARD AND TILT BEDROLL BACK SERVICES)
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF FORT WORTH
AND
NORTH EAST WRECKER SERVICE,LLC
THIS Amendment is made between the City of Fort Worth("City"), a municipal
corporation, acting herein by and through Tom Higgins, its duly authorized Assistant
City Manager, and North East Wrecker Service, LLC, ("Company"), acting herein by and
through Martin Tapia and Michelle Tapia, its duly authorized representatives.
WHEREAS, Company entered into an Agreement identified as City Secretary
Contract No. 35931 for a period beginning October 1, 2006 and ending September 30,
2007 with subsequent automatic renewals for nine one-year periods; and
WHEREAS,that they purchased company and want to change name; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of the parties to amend the agreement to
reflect Imperial Towing, LLC as the provider of towing services under the contract in lieu
of North East Wrecker Service, LLC.
NOW THEREFORE,KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENT:
City Secretary Contract No. 35931 currently on file in the office of the City
Secretary of the City of Fort Worth, is hereby amended by:
Inserting: NOW,THEREFORE, KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
The City of Fort Worth, hereinafter referred to as "City", acting herein by and
through Tom Higgins, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Imperial Towing,
LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Company", acting herein by and through Martin Tapia
and Michelle Tapia, its duly authorized representatives, agree as follows:
Deleting: NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS:
The City of Fort Worth, hereinafter referred to as "City", acting herein by and
through Joe Paniagua, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and North East
Wrecker Service, LLC, hereinafter referred to as "Company", acting herein by and
through Albert Gaber, Owner,its duly authorized representative, agree as follows:
