SECRETARY N SECOND RENEWAL AND AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO.49163
WHEREAS, on May 09, 2017, the City of Fort Worth ("City") and TRP Construction
Group("Contractor"),collectively the("Parties'),made and entered into City Secretary Contract
No.49163 (M&C C-28234,May 9, 2017)(the"Contract') for Task Order Construction Services
for the Placement of New Pavement Markings,Striping and Signs;and
WHEREAS,per the M&C and the Contract,the Contract may be renewed up to two times,
in the amount of$4,000,000.00, at the same terms, conditions, and unit prices as originally bid;
and
WHEREAS,the Contract was renewed and amended,effective on July 13,2018;and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to renew and amend the Contract, as amended, for the
second and final time;and
NOW,THEREFORE,the Parties,hereby agree as follows:
1.
RENEWAL
a. The Contract is hereby renewed in the amount of$4,000,000.00 at the same terms,
conditions,and unit prices as originally bid.
b. Task (work) orders will be issued and remain contingent upon the availability of
funds and the availability of the contractor.

The Agreement is hereby amended to include the following language:
Prohibition on Contracts with Companies Boycotting Israel
Contractor, unless a sole proprietor, acknowledges that in accordance with Chapter 2270 of the
Texas Government Code, if Contractor has 10 or more full time-employees and the contract value
is$100,000 or more,the City is prohibited from entering into a contract with a company for goods
or services unless the contract contains a written verification from the company that it: (1) does
not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the contract. The terms
"boycott Israel" and "company" shall have the meanings ascribed to those terms in Section
808.001 of the Texas Government Code. By signing this contract, Contractor certifies that
Contractor's signature provides written verification to the City that if Chapter 2270,Texas
Government Code applies,Contractor: (1) does not boycott Israel; and (2) will not boycott
Israel during the term of the contract.

All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unaffected and in full force and
effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and the Contractor have each executed this Second
Renewal by and through each Party's duly authorized signatory,effective as of the date subscribed
by the City's designated Assistant City Manager.
