Letter of Agreement for Transfer of Pole Attachments

This Letter of Agreement (LOA) dated C1�documents the intent of both
Oncor Electric Delivery (Oncor) and Ci y of F rt orth (Licensee) to allow Oncor to
transfer applicable distribution pole attachments of Licensee in the City of Fort Worth,
Texas, for the agreed to price of $50.00 per initial transfer and $50.00 for an additional
transfer on the same pole, up to a maximum of $100.00 per pole. These transfers will be
done in support of a Pilot Project (Project) to determine the feasibility of expanding this
process to other areas and will be performed under the terms and conditions of the
existing and binding license agreement between Oncor and Licensee. It is anticipated
that only simple, tangent pole attachments will be transferred by Oncor and any transfers
will be done at the discretion of the Oncor crew. If applicable and desired, Licensee can
specify any type of attachment that should not be considered for transfer by Oncor.
It is anticipated that Oncor will provide an invoice with supporting documentation to
Licensee on a monthly basis and will expect payment of that invoice within 60 days of
receipt by Licensee to the address listed on the invoice.
If this Project is expanded to other areas in the Oncor system, the terms of this LOA will
remain in force and apply to any new area unless specifically altered by request of Oncor
or Licensee.
