Article 4. Compensation The maximum amount payable under this agreement is increased from $156,168.00 to $185,076.00 per year in accordance with the above changes. Payment The amount of this supplemental agreement shown above shall be a prorated amount based on the cost for the type of installation calculated on EXHIBIT 3 of the original agreement and any increases or decreases caused by any subsequent supplemental agreements. The (monthly/quarterly/annual) payment shall be adjusted accordingly. All other terms or conditions are unchanged and remain in full force and effect. Calculations: $142.00/month x 12 months = $1704.00/year Diamond Interchange Signals with one controller shall be reimbursed at 1 824.00 per intersection per year. Calculations: $152.00/month x 12 months = $1,824.00/year Diamond Interchange Signals with two or more controllers shall be reimbursed at 3 000.00 per intersection per year. Calculations: $250.00/month x 12 months = $3000.00/year Sign Mounted Flashers shall be reimbursed at 300.00 per unit per year. Calculations: $25.00/month x 12 months = $300.00/year Half -Diamond (Tee) intersections shall be reimbursed at 1 500.00 per intersection per year.
