This Second Amendment to Fort Worth Cit1 Secretary Contract No. 50394 ("1=irst
Amendment"") is made between the CitN of Fort Worth ("FORT WORTH"'). a municipal
corporation,acting herein by and through Kevin Gur1n, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager

Wirth City Secretary Contract No. 50394 beginning March 16, 2018 (the"Agreement"): and

A I to extend the term through May 31, 2019 at no additional cost. and

Agreement to extend the term and remaining authorization of the original Agreement through
December 31. 2019. at no additional cost to FORT WORTI 1.

The Agreement Section 2. Term is hereby revised to extend the term o1' the Agreement
thrOLIOh December-31. 2019 (`.L",xpiration Datc' ) unless terminated earlier in accordance with the
provisions of"this Agreement or otherwise extended by the parties. at no additional cost to FORT
W`0R,I'H2.
FORT WORTH Purchase Order PO-18-00104347 vgas created Mav 29. 2018 for the
amount o1'$252.655.00 in accordance with CSC 50394 Section 3. Compensation. On November
7, 2018. FORT WORTH paid s(C'ubej invoice number 1671 in the amount of$178,100.00. The
remaining amount of CSC 50394 Section 3. Compensation is $74,555.00 and remains in effect as
authorized through December 31. 2019.
